Who Is TabTrade - A New CFD Broker in 2026
TabTrade — The Short Version
TabTrade opened in March 2026. CFD broker based in Saint Lucia, regulated by Saint Lucia's FSRA. The person who started it is Benjamin Boulter. Before this, he was on the executive team at BlackBull Markets, a FMA-regulated broker.
His background is relevant. It says the founder has actually done this before. That is not a guarantee. But preferable to a random name you cannot trace.
TabTrade came out of the gate with Equinix LD4/LD5 connectivity. Same facilities prime brokers run on. The typical new launch starts with a white-label MT4 setup. These guys went the other way. Interesting choice.
The instrument list: FX, stock indices, metals, commodities, equities, cryptocurrencies, ETFs. Over 1,000 instruments. For something this new, that range is broad.
What You Trade On
They offer: MetaTrader 5, cTrader by Spotware, and a browser platform. Two major platforms from a single account. Most brokers pick one platform. Access to both is useful. Use whichever you prefer.
MT5 is the industry standard. Complete charts, EAs, tons of scripts and indicators. If you know MetaTrader before, there are no surprises.
cTrader is the more modern one. Better depth of market. Faster charting. cBot support. A lot of traders prefer it after using both.
Direct FIX connectivity is offered for bots but is only on the VIP account ($25k minimum). TradingView is said to be on the roadmap. That will be a good addition when it lands.
What You Pay
Three levels: Standard, Edge, VIP.
Standard. 1.0 pip spreads. No commission. Simple. Zero deposit requirement. Works for people who want simple pricing.
Edge. Interbank-style spreads from 0.0 pips on average. Commission of $3.50 each way. All-in: raw spread plus $7 per full lot. On majors, the raw spread is often under 0.2 pips. Meaning your real cost can be under half a pip. That is cheap for a broker with no minimum deposit. Most platforms that offer pricing like this ask for $500 or $1,000 upfront. TabTrade requires zero deposit.
VIP. $25,000 deposit required. FIX API, faster fills, custom pricing. Not something typical accounts. Skip it unless you move real size.
How Fast Are the Fills
This is the thing Tab Trade stands apart. Equinix servers in London. Sub-30ms execution on Edge. Under 20ms on VIP. That is institutional numbers. Most retail brokers run a much wider range.
Does it matter? If you scalp, absolutely. The difference between a 30ms fill and a 200ms fill is catching the move or missing it. If you trade higher timeframes, you probably will not feel it. But the fact that the infrastructure is there. That is what kind of broker this is.
Pair that infrastructure with 0.0 pip spreads and $7 round-turn and the overall offering holds up. Hardly anyone with no minimum deposit have infrastructure at this level.
Safety
Here is the thing that requires honesty. TabTrade is regulated by the FSRA in Saint Lucia. That is outside tier-1 jurisdiction. No ASIC. No fund protection scheme. If operating without FCA or ASIC oversight is a dealbreaker, look elsewhere. Lots of FCA-regulated options out there.
But. Benjamin Boulter spent years at BlackBull Markets, an FMA-regulated broker. The Equinix infrastructure costs real money. Scam brokers do not bother with proper execution infrastructure. This does not replace tier-1 regulation. It does factor into your decision.
The deal: you give up tier-1 protection. For that: high leverage, raw pricing from 0.0 pips, $0 to start, Equinix execution. Whether this deal works comes down to your priorities.
The Bonus
Tab Trade offers a welcome bonus of up to $2,000. Typical sign-up bonus. You put money in, TabTrade add bonus funds. Usual conditions attached: minimum lots traded before you can withdraw the bonus. Review the fine print before you deposit.
